1 Definitions

The following terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. Understanding them before reading the full document will help you follow how each clause applies to your use of gojocpot.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a gojocpot account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager through gojocpot, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use the gojocpot platform. Continued use of gojocpot after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use gojocpot, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and of legal gaming age under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by gojocpot or any applicable regulatory body.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, or director of gojocpot, or an immediate family member of such a person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

gojocpot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include a valid government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification. Your account may be restricted pending completion of verification. This process protects all players and the integrity of the gojocpot platform.

4 Account Management

One account per player. Each player may hold only one registered gojocpot account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through other individuals — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, gojocpot reserves the right to close all accounts involved and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gojocpot login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. gojocpot will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The gojocpot support team will never ask for your password. If anyone contacts you claiming to be gojocpot support and requests your password, treat the communication as fraudulent and report it to support@gojocpot.net immediately.

Account inactivity. An account with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. gojocpot reserves the right to apply dormancy policies to such accounts, including the deduction of an administrative maintenance fee after a defined period of inactivity. Details of current dormancy policies are available from gojocpot support. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to withdraw any balance they no longer intend to use on the platform.

5 Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your gojocpot account must be made through the methods listed in the platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Accepted payment methods currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and eligible debit or credit cards issued by BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating Philippine banks under the Visa or Mastercard networks.

• All deposits are processed and held in Philippine pesos (₱). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• You must only use a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the gojocpot cashier at the time of deposit.
• Always confirm the ₱ amount displayed on screen before submitting any deposit transaction. Retain the transaction reference number until the amount appears confirmed in your gojocpot account balance.
• gojocpot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside the platform's control.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. Misuse of the deposit facility, including any attempt to process payments unrelated to gaming activity, is prohibited.

gojocpot reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified, where the payment method does not belong to the registered account holder, or where the deposit is suspected to be associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.

6 Withdrawals

Eligible account balances may be withdrawn through the gojocpot cashier subject to the following conditions:

• Your gojocpot account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request is processed. Pending verification requirements must be completed first.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account or card registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity may be subject to separate wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. These requirements are detailed in the relevant bonus terms applicable at the time the bonus was credited.
• gojocpot may request additional identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time or high-value withdrawals.
• Processing times vary by payment method. gojocpot aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the cashier, but is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party processors or banks.

gojocpot reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account policy breach, or where a withdrawal is made during an ongoing investigation into account activity. You will be notified of any withholding through your registered contact details.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and gaming activity placed through gojocpot. Game-specific and market-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets must be confirmed through the gojocpot platform. Verbal, email, or other off-platform confirmations are not valid.
• A bet is considered final once confirmed on the gojocpot bet slip. Review all selections, odds, and stake amounts carefully before confirming.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your selection.
• gojocpot reserves the right to void any bet placed under manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Where a void is applied, the stake amount will be returned to the player's balance.
• Bets placed on events that have already concluded before the bet was placed — whether due to a display delay, system error, or any other cause — will be voided.
• The maximum payout for any single bet selection or accumulator is subject to limits set by gojocpot and displayed within the relevant market or cashier at the time of placing. Wins in excess of the stated payout limit will be capped at that limit.
• For Sabong, Poker, JILI Slots, and live casino products, the specific rules governing gameplay, settlement, and payout are available within each respective game or product lobby. These rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

gojocpot may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all such offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion or bonus is available to eligible players only as defined in the specific offer terms. Players who do not meet the eligibility criteria may have bonus amounts reversed and related winnings voided.
• Bonuses may be subject to wagering or turnover requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements for each offer are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus or promotional offer may be active per account at any time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless they have met all applicable wagering requirements.
• gojocpot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, gojocpot will give reasonable notice before withdrawal unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonuses or promotions through systematic strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including through coordinated play across multiple accounts — will have bonus amounts reversed and may have their account suspended.

9 Responsible Gaming

gojocpot takes responsible gaming seriously. The following obligations and tools apply to all registered players:

• Age restriction. The gojocpot platform is for adults of legal gaming age only. It is a criminal offence to allow a minor to gamble. If you become aware that a minor has accessed gojocpot using your account, notify support immediately.
• Self-assessment. Before each gaming session, honestly assess whether you are playing for entertainment within a budget you can afford, rather than to recover losses or generate income.
• Session and deposit limits. gojocpot provides tools for setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and session time limits. These are accessible from your account settings and take effect immediately or after a cooling-off period, depending on the limit type.
• Self-exclusion. If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period through gojocpot support. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and promotional communications will be stopped. Self-exclusion periods have minimum durations and may not be reversed before the elected period has elapsed.
• Reality checks. gojocpot may provide session-length notifications to help you track how long you have been playing. These are informational tools designed to help you make conscious decisions about continuing a session.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gojocpot platform. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on gojocpot under any identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account to access or use gojocpot.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, system vulnerabilities, or data feed delays to gain an unfair advantage over gojocpot or other players.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to interact with gojocpot in a manner not permitted for individual human players.
• Collusion with other players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using gojocpot for any money laundering activity, including cycling deposited funds through the platform without genuine gaming intent.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting or gaming events on which gojocpot offers markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gojocpot staff or other platform users.
• Any action intended to disrupt, damage, or impair the technical operation of the gojocpot platform.

11 Suspension and Termination

gojocpot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• At the request of applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Inactivity for an extended period under dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach by the player, any eligible balance remaining will be returned to the player through their verified payment method. Where closure follows a Terms breach, gojocpot reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation of the breach.

Players may also voluntarily close their gojocpot account at any time by contacting support@gojocpot.net. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any eligible balance will be returned through the player's verified payment method after all pending bets have settled.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the gojocpot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, and software — is the property of gojocpot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may access and use the gojocpot platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gojocpot content without prior written authorisation from gojocpot. Any unauthorised use of gojocpot intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gojocpot's liability to any player arising from these Terms or the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• gojocpot is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
• gojocpot is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical error, or interruption of service.
• gojocpot's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's gojocpot account at the time the claim arose.
• gojocpot does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may affect platform availability.

Nothing in this section limits gojocpot's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

14 Privacy and Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by gojocpot is governed by the gojocpot Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering a gojocpot account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, verification, transaction processing, and ongoing use of the platform. gojocpot uses your data only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

gojocpot may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or other competent bodies where required by law. This is not a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

gojocpot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, gojocpot will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email to your registered address before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the gojocpot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through support@gojocpot.net before the amendment takes effect.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent update. Your gojocpot account history does not record which version of the Terms was in effect at any given transaction date, so keeping notes of your own review dates is advisable if you want a personal record.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from your use of gojocpot shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If a dispute arises between you and gojocpot, we encourage you to contact support at support@gojocpot.net in the first instance. gojocpot will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently through direct communication. Many issues relating to account management, transaction processing, or bet settlement can be resolved quickly through the support channel.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you and gojocpot agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. gojocpot does not submit to the jurisdiction of any other country's courts for disputes arising from these Terms.
